Get ready for a dreamy beach getaway to Mexico with Megan Whiteside and Josie Schweitzer in January! Join us as we head to the beautiful and brand new beachfront property, Musa. We'll spend a week at the beach practicing Katonah Yoga®️, pranayama, meditation, and movement all while relaxing and enjoying the soothing sounds of the sea. Plus, you'll be able to surf, explore a waterfall, taste mezcal made by a local female mezcal maker, and spend time in a tropical paradise with wonderful people.

The daily yoga practices will weave in multiple styles of yoga, and be mostly Katonah Yoga®; the theory, themes, adjustments, and movements, as well as a special workshop-style practice to gain more knowledge and insight. Those who have never practiced Katonah are absolutely welcome, the daily practices will be inclusive of skill level and experience for any styles of yoga.

**COVID REFUND POLICY! In the event we are forced to reschedule or we are unable to travel due to boarder closures, your deposit and balance will be FULLY refundable. You'll also have the option of rolling your deposit over to another retreat if that's your preference!**

Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable other than for COVID related travel bans. Refunds may be issued depending on timing of the cancellation request. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 30 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. For cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 14 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. We understand nobody wants to cancel once your plans are made, but we will require each participant to purchase travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early. Final payment for retreat balances are due 45 prior to beginning of retreat.
