🔹 Saturday, October 10:
We’ll leave the city before sunrise to experience Hierve el Agua in its quietest moment of the day - watching the sun rise over the mountains, walking down to the base of the petrified waterfalls, and enjoying the pools before the crowds arrive.
Afterward, we’ll continue exploring some of Oaxaca’s cultural highlights: a traditional mezcal palenque, and the famous Tule Tree.

This is not a touristic restaurant experience — it’s a cultural exchange inside a family home and local workshops.

You’ll have plenty of free time to choose from a variety of optional activities — we’ll share lots of great recommendations so you can make the most of your time.
