Get ready for five nights of turquoise water, powder white sand, and absolutely zero stress. Mommy & Me is headed to Cancun, and this one might be our best trip yet.

We're staying at a stunning all-inclusive resort built with families in mind, not just an afterthought. There's a full-on water park with slides and lazy rivers for the kids, a dedicated kids club so they have their own space to play and make friends, restaurants and bars scattered all over the property, and a beach that genuinely looks unreal in person. Whether you're sipping a drink poolside while the kids are at the kids club, or building sandcastles together at sunset, this resort was made to let you actually be present with your family instead of running around managing a vacation.

On top of that, we've built in three excursions that get us off the resort and into real Mexico: an ancient wonder of the world, a swim with sea turtles, and a private boat day on open water. And in between all of that, plenty of time to just relax, because that's the whole point of this trip.

🌊 Fun for the kids, downtime for you: The resort has a kids club where children can enjoy age-appropriate activities while you take a little time to relax. Kids club access and activities may vary by age and resort schedule.

The Itinerary

✈️ Day 1 August 26, 2027– Arrival & Welcome Dinner
Fly into Cancún and settle into the resort with a welcome drink. Your Mommy & Me goodie bag will be waiting at check-in. That evening, we’ll come together for dinner and fun icebreakers so the kids and parents can get to know one another.

⛵Day 2 August 27, 2027– Private Boat Day
Head out on a private snorkel charter to explore the reef. Enjoy snacks and an open bar on board, and keep an eye out for sea turtles and stingrays along the way.

🌴 Day 3 August 28, 2027– Resort Day
The day is yours! Splash around at the water park, enjoy the pools and kids club, or relax on the beach with a drink in hand. No group schedule today.

🐢 Day 4 August 29, 2027 – Cenote & Akumal Sea Turtles

🏍️ ATV & Jungle Adventure
Get ready for a day of fun in the Mexican jungle! We’ll ride ATVs, cross suspension bridges, and cool off with a swim in two cenotes. It’s an adventure for the whole family, with activities subject to the tour’s age and safety requirements.

Swim in a natural cenote, then head to Akumal Bay for a chance to snorkel alongside wild sea turtles. It’s a day of adventure the whole family can share.

🏛️ Day 5 August 30, 2027– Chichén Itzá
Explore one of the New Seven Wonders of the World on a full-day trip. Round-trip transportation, a guided tour, and lunch are included.

💛 Day 6 August 30, 2027– Departure Day
Enjoy one last breakfast together before checkout and our group transfer to the airport. We’ll head home with new friends and plenty of Mommy & Me memories.

Please be advised that you will be sent a travel agreement & waiver form via email after submitting your deposit. Once the Travel agreement is sent back, you will be able to customize your monthly payment due date. Please note that the trip must be paid in full 45 days because departure of the trip. 

If you’d like to avoid this booking platform fee, you can pay in full or in two payments through PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo.

Spots cannot be held. Your spot is secured only after your deposit is submitted. Once the trip sells out, we cannot add more spots.

Once you sign and return the agreement, we’ll add you to the group chat. You can meet the other moms, ask questions, and share ideas and inspiration for Mexico.

After booking closes, we’ll schedule a group Zoom call to walk through the trip and answer everyone’s questions.

🌴 Updates leading up to the trip
Throughout the months before departure, you’ll receive trip updates and can keep sharing Mexico inspiration with the group.

In compliance with U.S. regulations, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your booking within a 24-hour window. However, once this initial period has elapsed, all payments become final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, given the specific nature of this trip, with no issuance of credits. It is advisable to promptly obtain "cancel for any reason" travel insurance upon booking to protect against unforeseen cancellations or accidents. Additionally, full payment for the trip must be made 45 days prior to departure, failing which your reservation will be canceled.

Let's Just Bring the Kids Group Trip reserves the authority to cancel or reschedule a trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances. As a participant in any Let's Just Bring the Kids Group Trip, it is your obligation to ensure that you adhere to all country, airline, or vendor regulations, and other necessary documents. No reimbursement or credit will be provided if you do not obtain the required documents, or if your cancellation is prompted by an abrupt alteration in country/airline requirements. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to management@travelwithmeko.com.
