Amazing location and a great trip overall. Two things that were not my preference.... 1- The yoga was not challenging. I prefer a stronger flow and challenging classes. 2- If someone has special dietary needs like myself who is vegan the retreat organizers should request of the resort ahead of time to have more vegan options such as tofu, Tempe etc. instead of thinking the salads and sides on the buffet will be fine. I basically ate the same thing for breakfast everyday and the choices for dinner entrees were limited with little to no choices for protein. Considering the cost of the retreat this would have been an easy ask of the resort.

Dear Euphoria, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful yoga retreat at Flatbed Farms in Sonoma. The venue was truly unique and beautiful, offering a secluded and peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in our practice. The instructors were not only experienced, but also incredibly personable, making everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Their ability to teach all levels was impressive, as my friend who was attending her first yoga retreat was able to easily learn and enjoy the classes. Additionally, the food provided was both healthy and delicious, which was a pleasant surprise. It was the perfect afternoon for a group of friends, and I cannot wait to come back with my mother and sisters next time. Once again, thank you for a truly wonderful experience.
