The day begins with a calming morning beach walk, easing into the rhythm of Tulum’s coastline before enjoying a nourishing breakfast. A 1-hour mat Pilates session follows, strengthening and energising the body. After lunch, you will settle into chill time, whether by the pool, at the beach, or simply resting. As the afternoon softens, the group comes together for a soothing sound bath, allowing deep relaxation and emotional release. The evening ends with a peaceful dinner shared together, grounding the day in connection and calm.
The morning begins with a 1-hour mat Pilates session to energise and align the body, followed by a nourishing breakfast. The group then heads out to explore one of Tulum’s magical cenotes, crystal-clear waters, grounding energy, and a refreshing connection to nature. After time to swim, float, or relax by the water, guests return to unwind before gathering for a relaxed evening dinner, closing the day with calm and community.
Day Four begins with a grounding yoga session to awaken the body and calm the mind, followed by a nourishing breakfast. The late morning is dedicated to pure restoration with sauna time, poolside relaxation, and optional massages for those craving deeper rest. After lunch, guests enjoy a private Reformer Pilates session for a personalised, strength-focused practice. The afternoon continues with a trip into town for relaxed shopping and local exploring. The day winds down with a delicious dinner, ending on a note of connection, ease, and Tulum magic.
Day Five begins with a peaceful sunrise walk, easing into the morning light before gathering for a nourishing breakfast. A strengthening mat Pilates session follows, offering one final chance to deepen the practice. After lunch, the afternoon flows into free time to rest, explore, or begin packing at your own pace. As evening arrives, the group reconnects for an intention setting group circle to reflect on the week. The retreat closes with a special leaving dinner and celebration, honouring new friendships, shared growth, and the magic of Tulum.
