Join us for a soul-nourishing week of yoga, movement, and surfing at a stunning destination known for its perfect longboarding waves. Through daily movement practices, nervous system work, and reflective exercises you'll reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and align with what truly matters.

This retreat is set right in front of a long, peeling left-hand point break — perfect for beginners and equally fun for practicing nose rides, cross-steps, and refining intermediate to advanced longboarding skills.
Open to surfers of all levels. Surfing is not required.

Hi, I’m Liv - a passionate surfer, yoga teacher, bodyworker, and sound healing practitioner. I offer movement, therapeutic bodywork, and sound as doorways into greater ease, regulation, and whole-body well-being. As an RYT-500 yoga instructor, certified Foundation Training teacher, and Zenthai Shiatsu practitioner, I weave multiple lineages of care to support people in feeling more connected, resilient, and at home in their bodies. For over 20 years, Newport has been my home, and I hold deep love and gratitude for this coastline and the community I’m honored to serve.
