2020 has shown us that healthcare professionals are facing burnout more than ever. That is why MedTreks is partnering with Janalyn Rose of Sayulita Gold at Haramara Yoga Resort to provide an incredible 8 day multi-sport wellness & yoga retreat in Sayulita, Mexico. While this is a retreat for nurses, doctors, healers, and health professionals, it is open to everyone. COVID has taken a toll on us all… and if there has ever been a time to invest in your own personal health, it is now. 

This time of year is extra special as our retreat will be over the holiday of Dia De Los Muertos- celebrated between October 31st-November 2nd, 2022. The town of Sayulita comes alive in celebration and decoration as the community honors the departed souls.

It is an incredible experience to witness and we will have special workshops dedicated to this celebration throughout the week.

We chose to host our 2022 wellness and yoga retreat in Sayulita because we are dedicated to providing a safe and relaxing retreat experience. We are thrilled to work with Haramara Retreat Center in Sayulita, Mexico as they offer an incredible seaside, tropical retreat venue. This private yoga resort is a perfect place for group gatherings during a time where social distancing practices must be continued. Located on the hill, just a short walk away from a private beach, Haramara Retreat is also just a short walk from downtown Sayulita where participants can enjoy shopping, surfing and several other activities. Sayulita offers the best of  both worlds during COVID. A fun, beautiful place that is safe and serene. We look forward to sharing it with you.
