It's time to reset, recharge, and renew on this 6-day, 5-night wellness retreat on the quiet private beaches of Punta Monterrey. Nestled on a secluded ecological reserve and community with over 300 acres of lush and vibrant jungle. Punta Monterrey resort is located on the southern coast of Nayarit, just one hour north of Puerta Vallarta. Get ready to nourish your soul with daily yoga and pilates, fresh local food, nature exploration, and other healing offerings. Your day will start with an invigorating yoga practice led by Amy, from there choose to lounge under a cabana or stay active exploring nearby trails, kayaking, and swimming in the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean. The evening yoga practice will be a calming chakra balancing flow with Lorena.

- Down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If you cancel before June 31 2024 and you've paid in full, you will receive a full refund except for the down payment portion ($500 per person)
- If you cancel before August 31, 2024, and you've paid in full, you will get 50% refund except for the down payment portion ($500 per person)
- NO REFUNDS if you cancel after September 30st, 2024.
- Retreat has to be paid in full before October 7th, 2024.
- We will use a private taxi service that will work with our group to drive us to and from the airport to the resort. If you arrive on a day other than November 7th or leave before or after November 12th then you must cover the cost of your airport transportation, we can arrange it for you and it may be between $160 - $230 depending on the number of people.

This moderate-mile hike starts on the beach and then meanders through a gentle river into the jungle ending at a beautiful waterfall. It is recommended to wear water shoes such as crocs, neoprene booties or tennis shoes that you don't mind getting wet.
Today we will walk/hike from the resort to a local botanical orchid garden nestled in the jungle. Here we will enjoy a guided tour and learn about these beautiful flowers and other indigenous plants. Plan for around a 3-hour adventure.
A traditional healing ceremony led by a local Shaman. Part-sweat lodge/part-sacred ritual, participants have reported feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally healthier. Once inside, hot volcanic rocks are placed in the center, and water is poured over the rocks to produce steam. Herbs, typically sage or copal, are added to aid the cleansing process. The Shaman will lead you through spiritual chanting and offerings of gratitude.
This mile long hike will take you to one of the most iconic places around Punta Monterrey called clay beach, where you can find natural clay in a beautiful setting. optional longer hike addition to the Buddha statue, this longer version is a 4.5mile loop that can take about 2.5 hours.
If conditions are safe and the tides allow it, we might be able to swim inside the tide pools, although sometimes they are covered with sand or the current might be too strong so we can't guarantee this activity will be available during our stay.
