Open to all level students and/or yoga teachers looking to deepen their own practice while understanding the application behind the poses.


While this training will focus on continuing to build the foundation for a solid practice and/or teaching, expect a transformation experience with strong roots and discussions in yoga philosophy as well.


All students will receive credit towards MFY's teacher training program. All teachers will be able to submit to Yoga Alliance for CEUs.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE

Friday, February 7th

6-9pm: Orientation & Restorative Healing Practice


Saturday, February 8th

7am-5:30pm: Morning Asana, Meditation, Journaling, Anatomy, Alignment, Injury Prevention, & Yoga Philosophy


Saturday Night (optional)

7-9pm: Social Night Dinner


Sunday, February 9th

7am-4:30pm: Morning Asana, Meditation, Journaling, Anatomy, Alignment, Injury Prevention, & Yoga Philosophy

This was such an amazing workshop and experience. As an active person that wants to continue to stay active and not injure myself, or injure any of my students, this was very eye-opening. I love that the information presented is based in science and off of research. The information is accessible and presented in a manner which is beneficial to you whether you have a strong anatomy and/or yoga background or not. You can tell that Dava is genuine in her desire to help influence a new generation of yogis and yoga teachers to step outside of their comfort zone to try and look at things from a scientific and research based perspective as opposed to just a traditional perspective. I look forward to additional training with her and can’t recommend her highly enough.

I cannot recommend this highly enough! I had an absolutely transformative experience - what I learned has changed the way I teach and the way I practice. Dava is so knowledgeable and she made it easy and fun to play around with the material we were learning. It was lovely to be working in a small group as well. The whole environment was so encouraging and conducive to asking questions and inspiring curiosity.

Dava is really knowledgeable and she works really hard to transfer her knowledge and passion and the place was really nice, it invited for 6 of us to connect with her and with what we learned during the entire weekend. I loved being in an small group, it create such a powerful experience. The only thing I can think to improve is to get meals and stay toguether on the same place overnight.. I think it will be such a powerful experience if we can even spend more time toguether. I will follow Dava on my path of Yoga ♥️
