Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
I completed my 200 hour training with Yoga Works in Costa Rica and have continued my education with Yoga Journal Conferences, Wanderlust Events and online. I have taught all over California, Mexico and Central America, but I will always be a student of the practice. I am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.
In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Whitney Fenton and Tranquilo Yoga Retreats. Every part of the retreat was so thoughtfully planned, from the yoga flows and music to the hikes, the community, and even the thoughtful little gift she gave each of us. The pumpkin-smashing release was such a unique and powerful experience that I’ll never forget.
Whitney’s energy, presence, and incredible skill created the perfect balance of peace, challenge, and inspiration. I left feeling lighter, stronger, and so grateful. If you ever have the chance to join one of her retreats, especially her upcoming ones in Costa Rica, do it. You won’t regret it!

Costa Rica was the absolute best trip!
The perfect balance between fun, adventure , relaxation, yoga by ocean, delicious clean eating , and the best group of ladies Ever! The private beach and beautiful resort exceeded my expectations. Whitney, the group leader and yoga master was so much fun , and I highly recommend doing any yoga retreat with her!! I look forward to going again .

I had the best time! Whitney is so thoughtful in the way she organizes the retreat. The classes were amazing, the cacao ceremony was unbelievable and she is just so talented in what she does. On top of everything, the hotel is a magical paradise with top notch food and energy. Would highly recommend this experience to anybody that is able to do so. Thank you, Whitney!!!

This was my 6th retreat with Whitney in Costa Rica. I love this place and Whitney is such a amazing leader. Whitney has everything planned to make our experience wonderful and memorable. Whitney has worked hard to give us great tours and fill our days with fun, or give the option to kick back and just enjoy this enchanted place.
