What’s included
- Accommodations4 Star - single room accommodations (i.e. Alisa Hotel, Coconut Grove Beach Resort, or similar). Ask about our double occupancy discount if you have a roommate.

- Daily Meals2 Meals per day. Breakfast and dinner only. Lunch is NOT included.
- Single Entry VisaA visa is required for entry into Ghana. Sankofa US will assist you in applying for your visa. Note there are specific time frames for the visa. Additional cost may be added if dates are missed
- Group Orientations2 Pre-Trip Orientations to prepare for travel in May and July.
- Sankofa TeamOur "On-the-Ground" team will be present to provide security, travel assistance, concierge service and support from a consistent team.
What’s not included
- FlightYou make your own flight arrangements. You will need to share the details. *Note: flights are often overnight, be sure to arrive in Ghana on Aug 3, 2024. We can assist you in locating a flight.
- Travel VaccinationsThe Yellow Fever vaccination is the only shot required for entry into Gnana. You can get the required inoculation at a "travel clinic" near you. Those without COVID vax are subject to testing fees.
- Trip insuranceSankofa US contracts with Allianz Travel Insurance, however, travel insurance is at your own expense.
- LunchBreakfast and dinner are included. Lunch is at your own expense.
- All Other Services/ItemsAll other services/items not listed in this proposal are not included in the cost of this trip.
