It is truly regrettable that you felt uncomfortable with the guide’s attitude and with the driving, and that the day did not fully meet your expectations. For this shared excursion, it is normal that guests are accompanied by a transfer guide during the drive and then meet a local guide in Chefchaouen for the short walking tour, but of course both guides should remain friendly and professional at all times. Regarding the driving, all our drivers are licensed and used to this mountain road, and they are instructed to respect speed limits and safety rules, so your comment has been passed on to the transport company to review this specific service with the driver. Chefchaouen is a very special place and we are glad you still found the town itself worth the travel, even if the logistics around it were not as smooth as they should have been.
