About your trip

Join Rebecca Gordon and Alon Mor for an all-inclusive yoga, pranayama, and meditation weekend at Menla, a 330-acre Tibetan spiritual and wellness center in the Catskill Mountains, near Woodstock, NY.  This long weekend reset includes six yoga and meditation classes and 3 delicious farm-to-table meals daily, crafted from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

The afternoons are yours to enjoy; hike on one of the many forest trails,   book one of their top-notch spa treatments, or relax by the pool.  In the evenings, gather around the fire-pit or enjoy the quiet stillness of the mountains. 



Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 50% will be refunded for cancellations made before June 1st, 2024.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after June 1st.

About your organizer

I'm a lifelong student of yoga in all its facets: philosophy, asana alignment, meditation, and breathwork. I completed my 200-hr RYT certification at Sonic Yoga NYC in 2001 and 500-hour training at Lotus Yoga in NJ in 2009. I blend Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa, focusing on breath-centered movement, alignment, and foundational yoga principles. Classes are a choreography of breath, stillness, deep body awareness, and an open heart.
