Matthew is a phenomenal teacher! I highly recommend a class with him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced with what he teaches, which makes for a supportive and fruitful learning environment. He is compassionate and empathetic toward the needs of his students. I have had many bodywork classes, and this was definitely one of my favorites!

I’d highly recommend this class to anyone interested. Matthew is a highly skilled teacher and practitioner, and created a safe and respectful space to learn in. I walked away with in depth knowledge of anatomy, a deeper understanding of craniosacral therapy techniques and a greater awareness of the wider aspects of this work. The surrounding area was also enjoyable to explore and spend time in.
