Our Fitness Retreat is based at a boutique country house in a tiny medieval village of Spanish Pyrenees, and offers us an exclusive five-star holiday experience.

During our signature yoga practices, you will find out how to access the present moment and tap into your inner power and freedom. Our classes are conducted in a picturesque and tranquil environment to help you disconnect from your busy everyday life, work on the energy flow, get rid of any blocks and finally reconnect with yourself.
Breathtaking hiking trails will take us to medieval villages, caves, natural pools and crystal clear waterfalls. Spending time with like-minded people, who are on the same journey as you, will refill your depleted energy reserves to strength your body and mind.
We are very passionate about healthy food! In our organic and fresh, farm-to-table kitchen, our talented chef creates gourmet, nutrient-rich meals and snacks throughout the day.
Enjoy a dip in our natural spring water pool with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, lakes, and vineyards. The pool is heated through the colder months, and an old turret offers shade from the sun for our guests to relax, enjoy the view and lose themselves in their thoughts or an exciting book.
To enlighten all senses, we have teamed up with the best local wineries to offer wine tasting with delicious selection of local cheeses and fruits right on our terrace.
The retreat offers a full program of activities, starting at 7.30 am and finishing around 9 pm (depending on the day of activity). You can choose all the activities that you want or simply relax at the pool or discover the area or medieval village!

There are two classes of yoga, two cardio and cross fit training, and mountain hiking each day. The start time varies. This schedule is shown for indicative purposes, as classes can vary. You will be given a weekly program of activities when you arrive at the retreat.
