About this trip

Join us for a holistic retreat while enjoying local organic meals, rejuvenating yoga classes, Reiki, meditation, mindfulness workshops, along with cultural experiences curated by locals. 


This retreat is for anyone who desires to live more intentionally and dive deeper into mindfulness. Each day we will focus on a mindful theme paired with yoga, meditation, and a workshop.

Your accommodation, 3 meals daily, all activities on schedule, transport to and from Carregal do Sal train station, all taxes, and fees. Weekend retreats available to book Thursdays-Sundays

This was a truly relaxing experience. We did yoga multiple times per day, had a long meditation every day, and ate delicious vegan food. The accommodations couldn't be more idyllic in the mountains outside of Bogota. I really loved having a personal hammock outside of my room to relax in. The cabins we stayed in were nice, although I would've preferred a fan or some sort of air conditioning. But, I guess that's considered "glamping". I would definitely recommend this trip and any yoga retreat with Molly as the teacher. She is very laid back and reads the energy of the group to feel the activity level for each class, which I really appreciated.

This experience was amazing. After only a day I was truly "just being", which was my goal. Next year, I will disconnect from my phone and responsibilities even more so I can get an even greater benefit. The yoga classes were paced so we could easily do two per day in addition to being active all day long. The accommodations were so beautiful and peaceful that I can't wait to return again. The people were lovely and best of all our food was plentiful, tasty, healthy and vegetarian. I didn't miss meat with all the amazing options we had at each meal. I highly recommend joining in on a Mindful Yoga Retreat with Molly to anyone, especially at Cara Creek in Portugal.
