MINDO DAILY TOUR

Is a beautiful valley located 2 hours northwest of Quito, behind the Pacific slopes of the Pichincha volcano. This place has many activities of nature and adventure. We offer a good combination of both to offer you the best experience.

Once we reach the cloud forest of Mindo. We will visit the butterfly farm and we can also observe hummingbirds. Do not forget to take your camera.

The adventure continues with the Canopy. Beside it also has 13 zip lines of different lengths ranging from 20 to 400 meters. Therefore, it has different characteristics for all adventurers of all ages. If you prefer another activity. We also have another option for trekking. You can go through the cloud forest to visit a waterfall and a ride on a “Tarabita” (cable tram)

After all these exciting activities will be broken for lunch. Finally we visited the chocolate factory. Then we will leave from Mindo to Quito.

This 5 days tour is not worth for the money, my guide was late to pick me up, he put me in a average hotel where air conidtioner and wifi didnt work well and no breakfast. During the tour I requested for vegetarian food which they kept forgeting. to take the tour you will need to take a boat taxi which as a customer you need to pay, plus on my last tour they drop me at agency and started demanding money to take me back to hotel which was included in my tour price. You can do this in less money by coming to island and going to direct tour.

We had a wonderful experience, the staff is helpful, kind and friendly. The place is amazing, it has a wonderful view. Although, if you don't like insects or hot weather, it should be better for you to stay less or re think about your visit. Due to the weather and the place which is surrounded by nature, we had some insects in our room but we could stand it. Also, our guide Elías was great!! He explained everything about the place from its animals to its fruits, plants, trees, land, river, everything!! Great experience, you should definitely go for it!!
