We had a great time, hotel was very nice. Game seats were great, Ryan and the guys were very friendly and helpful! Would recommend to everyone that it’s well worth it!

We had a great time with great people. The trip down was pleasant and the hotel accommodations were very nice. The food in the Vikings Voyage area was not that great, our food last year was much better with more choices. That is not Bergan’s fault. The distance to our seats was awesome. They really should let the buses drop off passengers by the Stadium during cold weather. Ryan was a great host and made sure we were taken care of!! Will more than likely go again!!

This was our first time heading down to see the Vikings and loved the idea of getting on a bus and not have to worry about driving, traffic, parking, getting our tickets etc. The Bergan Travel getaway was perfect! Beautiful comfortable bus, dropped right off at hotel (convenient location for Saturday night activities—we were able to get tickets and attend our first Timberwolves game too and were able to walk to The Target Center through the skyway.). Nice drop off near US Bank Stadium entrance. Wonderful experience there. Ryan and Jake were awesome hosts. Everything went smooth and was comfortable. Very happy with our experience and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again!

Top notch travel experience from the time we boarded the bus to the time we returned. The bus was super comfortable, complete with charging stations and cup holders at each seat. The driver was friendly and competent. The hotel was in a great location for shopping and dining. Nice that it was connected to the skyway, so we didn't even have to go outside. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bar service was super slow, to the point where it was quicker to get our drinks at the bar, rather than wait for a server. Game day was amazing! The bus was about a block from our entrance, which is no small feat. The food and beverage service had something for everyone. Nice to be able to take pictures with the cheerleaders and Brooks Bollinger. Location of our seats was perfect. If I were to make this trip even better, I'd suggest everyone grab a bottle of water from the bus before entering the hotel, so you can avoid the $5 or $6 hotel bottled water. I'd do away with the complimentary hotel breakfast. It's not needed, with the fabulous spread (including breakfast burritos) at the Bank. I'd call ahead to Nelson Bros. in Clearwater and have a pre-paid lunch ready for pick up. Half a sandwich, chips and a cookie or something like that, instead of the breakfast. Could be another town or restaurant, but something that would be grab and go. The stop in Alexandria on the way back was kind of a mess. It was a treat to be able to watch the later games on the ride home. All in all a really good time and have recommended this trip to friends.

The only way this could have been better was if my team had won. Everything else was GREAT. The bus ride down and back was fun and comfortable. Hotel accommodations were very nice. Breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had. Drivers were spectacular, dealing with some trying conditions. And Ryan was a joy to work with -- he had everything so well organized; made everyone feel welcome and at home; provided great snacks and beverages, games, and entertainment on the bus. Five stars, easily!!!!!
