Day 1 - Arrival and Waikiki Welcome
Arrive in Honolulu and Explore Waikiki
Arrival at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport
Teams and families arrive at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu. Private group transportation takes everyone to the Waikiki-area hotel for check-in and time to settle in.
Waikiki Beach and Exploring Honolulu
The remainder of the afternoon and evening is available for Waikiki Beach, shopping, restaurants and exploring Honolulu.
Pacific Diamond Cup Welcome Gathering
The evening includes a Pacific Diamond Cup welcome gathering and trip orientation.

Day 2 - Pearl Harbor and Waikiki
Visit Pearl Harbor and Relax in Waikiki
Pearl Harbor National Memorial Visit
After breakfast, the group travels together to Pearl Harbor National Memorial for one of the most meaningful historical experiences of the tour.
Return to Waikiki and Free Time
Following Pearl Harbor, return to Waikiki for beach time and a free afternoon and evening. Dinner is on your own.

The focus officially shifts to softball. Teams participate in practice and field familiarization.
Pacific Diamond Cup Opening Ceremonies
Pacific Diamond Cup Opening Ceremonies featuring participating teams, national flags, player introductions, team recognition, a ceremonial first pitch and international team exchanges.
Opening-Round Game (If Required)
An opening-round game may be scheduled if required by the final tournament format.

Day 4 - Pacific Diamond Cup: Games #1 & #2
First Two Tournament Games and Competition
Tournament Games #1 & #2
A full day of tournament competition. Teams are scheduled for their first two guaranteed games, potentially as a doubleheader. The day remains dedicated to softball so tournament officials have maximum flexibility for field assignments, game times and weather contingencies.

Tournament Game #3
Tournament competition continues with the third guaranteed game, which may be pool play or crossover competition depending on the final field. Teams will have free time before or after their scheduled game to enjoy Waikiki, the hotel and the beach.

Day 6 - Pacific Diamond Cup: Game #4 & Championship Day
Championship Game, Awards and Recognition
Tournament Game #4 & Championship Day
The fourth guaranteed game is played as part of placement and championship-round competition. Depending on tournament structure and advancement, qualifying teams may play an additional semifinal or championship game. The competitive portion of the event concludes with Pacific Diamond Cup awards, team recognition and international photos.

Explore North Shore and Hawaiian Luau Farewell
North Shore and Hawaiian Farewell
With tournament competition completed, the group enjoys a full O'ahu experience. Travel to the North Shore with potential stops at Hale'iwa, Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach, local food destinations and shopping. Finish the week with a traditional Hawaiian luau and Pacific Diamond Cup Farewell Celebration.

Breakfast at the hotel and checkout
