COTUBANAMA NATIONAL PARK is located in EASTERN NATIONAL PARK, where we have a total area of 420 km2, including the most famous island, Saona.

This park is a landmark for flora and fauna, with over 300 species of birds and more than 500 species of flowers.

Accompanied by a professional French guide, you'll take a short hike through the rainforest, during which he'll explain the park's history.

After this rich walk, you'll discover the Chicho cave, which we'll access for a swim.

The Chicho cave is a spring-water cave. Thanks to the masks, tubes and lamps provided for snorkeling. The beauty of this cave will also be reflected underwater. Stalactites and stalagmites embellish the site.

 On the 3rd day, after 30 min run with the team, you'll have a wresling master class in the morning and a BJJ NO-GI master class in the afternoon,

 finishing with a recovery on another beach at the end of the day!  

After being picked up directly from your hotel, head for the port of Bayahibe to embark on one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. Depart the port of Bayahibe aboard our fast Trimaran for the fishing village of Mano Juan, with its multicolored houses. Visit the village, meet the locals and visit the turtle nursery (in season), while we prepare the food, which will take the form of a barbecue in the water...

On the menu: grilled chicken, pork chops or fish. Lobster option available (outside breeding season). Accompanied by white rice, raw vegetable salad, fresh fruit, etc. Rosé wine at table. As well as soft drinks, mineral water and, of course, Dominican rum. A dream setting!

After about 15 minutes by boat, I disembark at Plage du Docteur, also known as Chant de Plage. Here, you really get a taste of what paradise might be like! Fine white sand, coconut palms galore, turquoise waters, you'll be lulled to sleep by birdsong and light sailing.

The program includes swimming, snorkeling in the coral reef (equipment not supplied), relaxing or strolling along this beautiful beach, depending on your mood. Fresh fruit, coffee and mamajuana are available. After the 2h30 you've spent in this magical place, head for the natural pool on the coast to admire the beautiful, gigantic starfish. Return to Bayahibe around 5 p.m.

 On this day you'll have a boxing master class in the morning and a striking master class in the afternoon, finishing with a recovery on the sunset !  

 On this day you'll have a MMA master class in the morning and a full 2 hours Sparring in the afternoon, finishing with a recovery on the natural swiming pool !
