We can't wait to be in the red rock desert of Moab with you! Nature is Therapy and that is no better experienced than in the incredible basecamp for adventure of Moab, UT.
You will arrive at luxury condos on Friday and enjoy getting to know new friends that night and use mindfulness to set an intention for the weekend. Saturday, we plan to hike in Arches National Park and do yoga with a grand view of red rock. Sunday will have a guided hike to Corona Arch. All meals but one are provided.
This trip is appropriate for someone with beginning experience hiking and anyone with an interest in adventure so long as you are able to hike 3 miles. We believe in "challenge by choice" so you are free to opt out of any activity. Yoga and mindfulness are a key part of our retreats but always optional as well.
We aim to have around 14 women in this group. Our goal is that you leave with stronger connections, new friends, and a sense of community. Sign up alone, or with a buddy! One of the main purposes of this retreat is greater connection with other women and better mental health through the retreat and practice of mindfulness.

Two sets of Full over Full bunk beds are in this room. You will a full bed, in a shared room with three other women and a shared bathroom.
Perfect for two friends or family, split this bed right down the middle. You get half of a king bed and a master bathroom.

The adventure begins at 5:00! We will get you all checked in and comfortable in our luxurious retreat home. We'll have some time to get to know each other and have a great dinner ready for you to enjoy while you make friends and check out the super sweet pool. We'll gather together around to talk about the retreat itinerary. The night ends with a little guided mindfulness to set an intention for the weekend from an expert.
