In the Retreat Center we start silent in the morning.
We start early in the Morning with a 1 hour Meditation class.
We practice different styles of Meditation.
After we practice a Morning Flow Class.
Time to get some fruits from the Breakfast Room and enjoy a cup of tea.
We have time to practice guided Breathwork Sessions & study the theories

In the afternoon we practice Breathwork Sessions and learn about the Theory, we have another Yoga Session or Trekking.
Dinner
free time for gathering, star gazing, reading, talking, chanting
