We start early in the Morning with a 1 hour Meditation class.

After we practice a Morning Flow Class.

We have time to practice guided Past Life Regression Sessions & study the theories
Lunch
In the afternoon we practice Past Life Regression Sessions and learn about the Theory, we have another Yoga Session or Trekking.

free time for gathering, star gazing, reading, talking, chanting
