About this trip
It is our mission to not only connect and support our special needs families but to find ways to enhance their lives. This retreat will be a perfect combination of activities and events to provide rest, rejuvenation and community with other mothers of special needs children.
After 5 years of our #GiveMomABreak Retreat, we're changing things up! 2024 brings us "Mom Camp"! Kids go to camp for opportunities to learn, have new experiences, see old friends, and make new friendships. Why should they have all the fun? Mom Camp will be a time of rest, relaxation, and FUN to help our moms remember that they are just as important as their children.
We will come together for an amazing 3 nights at the stunning Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa. We'll have delicious food, fun activities, and opportunities to utilize the hotel's many amenities and spa treatments. For more information about the resort, visit https://www.grand1847.com/
Important Info
This retreat is hosted by Emerald Coast Exceptional Families, a 501c3 non-profit organization. The retreat is open only to mothers of children with special needs.
Deposits, Payments, Cancellations
A $100 deposit is required to register for the 2024 Mom Camp Special Needs Moms Retreat.
Payment plans are available or you can pay in full.
If you'd like to register and pay by check, please contact momsevents@emeraldcoastexceptionalfamilies.org to arrange check payment.
Deposit and payments made are non-refundable but are transferrable. In case of cancellation, your payments made will be considered a charitable contribution to Emerald Coast Exceptional Families, a 501c3 organization. If for any reason either our organization or the retreat venue cancels the event, you will receive a full refund.

Our overnight stay package includes:

* Friday reception, 2 meals on Saturday and Sunday, breakfast on Monday
* Retreat Goodie Bag and T-Shirt
** You may add an additional guest to your reservation for $300. The the primary registrant will pay the deposit and balance. You will be responsible for splitting the cost with additional guest.
