07:00 AM - Breakfast buffet for mothers and children
08:45 AM - Carers arrive, children's programme begins
9:00 AM - Mothers start yoga classes (90 min)
10:15 AM - Mid morning snack for children with carers
11:300 AM- Brunch for the mothers without children
12:30 PM - Children's lunch is served with moms and carers present
01:00 PM - Carers leave (babysitting available for those needing extra "me time" or during wellness treatments
04:00 PM - Afternoon free to relax onsite, explore Algarve or wellness treatments
06:30 PM - Dinner for mothers and children
