About this trip
Come join Away With Rhay in Roatán, Honduras! This is our annual Mom and Me trip where we encourage families to join us! We encourage kids and adults of ALL AGES to join the fun leave the planning to Away With Rhay! Men and solo travelers are also welcome to join!

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.If you request a cancellation, you must do so via email at awaywithrhay@gmail.com. Refunds will be granted as follows once requested by email :
31 or more days before the first scheduled day of the trip: 50% of amount paid can be refunded(not including deposit which is non-refundable)
30 days or less before the first scheduled day of the trip: No refunds will be granted.While Away With Rhay does not offer travel insurance, it is highly recommended you purchase a travel insurance policy.

Please note: The trip commences on July 5, 2024. You must arrive in Roatan, Honduras(airport code: RTB) by July 5, 2024. If you arrive before or after this date, you will be responsible for transportation from the airport and if you arrive beforehand you will be responsible for your own lodging accommodations. Please email Away With Rhay the flight information for the flight you are looking to book BEFORE you book your flight. (Awaywithrhay@gmail.com) This will help to avoid booking flights for the wrong date or destination ( YES, it has happened and when it does there is nothing I can do to help so please send the flight before you book!) This will also allow me to facilitate airport transportation for everyone. I will advise you of the timeframe you should arrive if you'd like the included airport transportation.

Please ensure your passport is valid until at least January, 9, 2025
A visa is NOT required for US citizens to enter Honduras If you are not a US citizen please let us know as soon as you book as you may need to obtain a visa to enter Honduras depending on which country you hold citizenship.
Travel Agreement and Waiver- PLEASE READ
Please be advised that you will be sent a travel agreement & waiver form via email after submitting your deposit. You must sign and email back to Awaywithrhay@gmail.com no later than 30 days before the trip (June 5, 2024) If you would like to be sent the waiver prior to placing your deposit please request one via email Awaywithrhay@gmail.com

This is the price Per person. If you want to book for you and your roommate please select 2 as the quantity. You each can book separately by selecting quantity 1. This is the option to book if you would like to room with someone else. Please note your roommates name in the notes upon check out. If you do not have a roommate one will be assigned to you!
