We’ll close out our trip with a special Mother’s Day Dinner. Theme: White with a splash of Teal. A night of celebration, laughter, and love to wrap up an unforgettable weekend. ✨

Terms & Conditions – Mom, Me & Mexico: Mother’s Day 2026

🛂 Passport Requirements

• A valid passport book is required to enter Cabo.

• Passport must have at least 6 months of validity remaining before expiration.

• Your passport cannot expire on or before October 12, 2026.

💳 Deposits

• Deposits are $100 per person.

• If you plan to have a roommate, both deposits must be received in order to secure the room.

• Room prices are subject to change until deposits are received and applied.

✈️ Airfare

• Airfare is NOT included.

• You must purchase your own flight to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (SJD).

• Arrival must be May 7th or May 8th by 3:00 PM.

• Departure must be May 11th, 2026.

🛡️ Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is NOT included and must be purchased separately.

• JB Luxury Travels LLC and partners do not issue refunds. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• In the event of cancellation, lost luggage, medical emergencies, or weather disruptions, you must use your third-party travel insurance provider for any reimbursement (see the provider’s terms & conditions).

• A link will be provided to view and purchase insurance, or you may use your own provider.

• Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

  • You have 21 days from the date of your deposit to purchase “Cancel For Any Reason” coverage.

  • Other options may still be available after 21 days.

💰 Payments

• Monthly payments are required to keep your booking active.

• Final payment is due no later than March 20, 2026.

• A late payment fee of $50 per person applies after the final due date on your payment plan.

  • Late fees are automatically added the day after the due date.

  • Late payments will not be accepted more than 10 days after the final payment deadline.

  • Failure to pay in full within 10 days of the final deadline will result in cancellation.

• Reminder emails will be sent automatically:

  • 7 days before the due date

  • 3 days before the due date

  • On the due date

  • “Late Notice” – 2 days after the due date

👤 Name Changes & Cancellations

• Name changes are NOT allowed for this package.

  • If a traveler cannot attend, they will be removed from the booking.

  • Any replacement traveler must book at the current rate at the time of booking.

• All travel documents will be emailed 21–30 days prior to departure.

📝 Travel Agent Notes

• All prices are subject to change until deposits are received and applied.

• In order to secure a room, all deposits for that room must be paid in full.

  • If one roommate pays and the other does not, the room will not be secured until both deposits are received.

ARRIVE IN CABO!

Our driver will meet us at the airport and take us to our hotel at Riu Place Cabo San Lucas.

Learn how to make salsa and then do the salsa with a cooking class followed by a dance lesson. Make a delicious salsa and guacamole from scratch and then hop on over to your dance instructor to learn some steps from Latin America’s most popular dance style. All of that is bound to make you thirsty, so complete the experience by learning how to make your own tequila cocktails.

Take a cruise to all the Cabo hotspots, such as the famous Los Cabos Arch, Lover's Beach, and the sea lion colony, while enjoying a delicious taco buffet. As if that wasn't enough, you'll also have access to an unlimited open bar during the trip with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic of drinks, including juices, sodas, cocktails, beer, wine, and tequila. Enjoy amazing food and drinks, a comfortable cruise, stunning views, and a friendly crew for an evening to remember.
