COVID-19 is causing constant and ongoing changes in the application of the above types of          measures and the way an airline, airport or country chooses to deal with the threat of COVID is constantly changing.

Required: Spelling of names, including middle name or initial, must exactly match your government-issued ID.  Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper

travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to

determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid

at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in

the passport for stamping purposes. All participants must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity and at least two (2) blank pages

All payments to Flying Angels Travels are non-refundable and

non- transferable. This is because Flying Angels Travels has contractual agreements with

hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we

can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments for

your vacation.  All payments and deposits  are non-refundable. But if you purchased Travel Insurance you can put in a claim, WHICH MUST MEET THE QUALIFYING REASON WITH YOUR SELECTED INSURANCE POLICY.

A deposit is due at the time of reservation.  All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE  All reservations (except where specified ) will required a deposit and will be clearly note the amount due.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Please make your reservations today to be locked in this low price. 

Name changes  be accepted up until FORTY-FIVE (45) days prior to departure, but are subject to the provisions of our airline partners. Name changes requested after travel documents are issued will be assessed a $200.00 per person name change fee.

Our merchant account is with WeTravel.  This allows our clients to make payments  via personal checks or major credit/debit cards.  We also accept payments via phone, with a major credit or debit card, Cash App and Paypal.  FLYING ANGELS TRAVELS also accept payments of checks and money orders by mail.  Final payments MUST BE RECEIVED IN FULL  30 days before the final payment due date.

 All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation.  In the event that the US dollar devalues, FLYING ANGELS TRAVELS reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency

All prices listed are per person based upon DOUBLE-OCCUPANCY, unless

otherwise clearly specified.  Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as

laundry, wines, water, beverages, food , passport or visa fees, travel insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically Indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at the time of publication; however, as air continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, FLYING ANGELS TRAVEL reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or

service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay the increase,

provided FLYING ANGELS TRAVELS receives written cancellation within 7 days of price increase

notification.
