We had a good time.

I had a great time exploring the islands via the yacht Monserrat. The days were carefully planned with great opportunities to see wild life and stunning landscapes. We had great crew of people, dedicated, friendly and helpful. The cabin was very comfortable, great bed, always kept very clean. We have learnt many new interesting facts about animals and island formation from the guides. The experience of swimming with sea lions was incredible and seeing other marine creatures. Having everything planned for you and a reach schedule of activities was a great experience. I want to thank all the staff and crew, our guides for the unforgettable experience! I wish at least one drink would be included in the package, more fruit and vegetables would be also appreciated. I would also appreciate some better options for cheeses (not the orange processed one) in the morning and an option of natural yogurt (not flavored). Encebollado was my personal favorite, it would be great to add more traditional food options like that and ceviche (that i only heard from the other group but never experienced in my 8 day stay.

The crew of Monserrate during the 4 nights- 5 days trip was excellent. The rooms were really nice, clean and decorated! The guides were really helpful, friendly and professional. Also the meals were delicous! I will everyone recommend to book the trip and stay at Monserrat!

I had a great time from pick up to drop off. I apologize to the welcome person in Quito who was supposed to assist me during the start of the trip, as I did not see his messages in WhatsApp until after the tour - I was not informed that someone would be assisting me in Quito - that's a huge plus if you need it. Our naturalist Oswaldo was very knowledgeable and organized - everything was well organized, and we made the most of our day at every stop. It was a very full day. Everything was amazing, the wildlife and the places. Every day was something new and exciting. Never a dull moment. The crew onboard was terrific and attentive. They were very welcoming and happy to oblige on any requests - they will help you with everything. Everyday cleaning of cabins - I believe sometimes it's twice daily. Everything was clean. The food is impressive options for everyone, and they will happily oblige on requests - no problem for vegetarians as there are options. Snacks every time after a tour, you will never be hungry. Meals were very fulfilling and varied from unique local dishes to primarily international ones. They provide options for everyone. Definitely, First Class Service and a fantastic crew! I Definitely recommended it, and worth every penny I spent on the cruise. Definitely do it again. Thank you to the team for a fantastic job.

This was a once in a lifetime experience. Just amazing. The snorkeling trip to the Tuneles on Isabela Island and tortoises in the Highlands on Santa Cruz were our favorites. Finch Bay Hotel is wonderful as well.
