Today is all about relaxation!  Explore the area, soak in the mineral springs, lounge in bed, or eat an incredible meal at the Harwood Restaurant.  I will be offering an evening yoga nidra relaxation class or if you wish, I will also be offering reiki sessions this day!

Get ready for the ride of a life time!  We will be hitting the Hiawatha bike trail to set out on ( an easy) 15 mile trek from a mountain top in Montana, following an old railway system and across the border into Idaho.  Breath taking views from trestles, mind blowing tunnels and the opportunity to explore nature awaits you today!  We will finish this fabulous day with a beautiful meal at the historic town of Wallace, Idaho before heading back to soak in the hot springs.

Today you and your partner can wander the tranquil grounds of the Ewan Garden of 1000 Buddahs.  This unexpected sanctuary located on the Flathead Indian Reservation In Arlee, Montana was created to be a place of cultural integration and peace for all people.  I will be offering a gentle yoga class and meditation in the garden.

Early Wednesday morning we will head out to the gorgeous Flathead Lake to take a private chartered boat to Wild Horse Island.  This trip was the highlight of last year's retreat.  We will have the day to hike around the Island in search of  the elusive wild horses, deer, bighorn sheep, bald eagles and possibly even a spot a bear( we did last year).  We will enjoy a picnic lunch on the island and a fun meal at the Marina when we are finished.  Bring your camera!!

Today you and your beloved have the option to go explore the funky town of Missoula.  We will hit the shops and art galleries before we meander over to Caras Park for food trucks, live music, local craft beer, arts and craft vendor, and to see the antics of the local group of river surfers.  

Located up the road from our resort is the beautiful Thompson Falls State Park.  The park offers hiking trails that offer the chance for close encounters with the abundant wildlife and birds.  Take this day to kayak or paddle board or do a little fishing.  Connect with your partner as you connect with a peaceful day in nature.

Today we bid farewell to each other and our epic adventure as we leave Quinn's and head back to the Missoula Airport.  The connections to our new friends, our renewed connection to ourselves and our partners, and the deep seated connection to this magical place will, however, stay with us always.
