It is time to get ready for the 69th Annual Monterey Jazz Festival. Our trip will start on September 24-28, 2026. Not only will you be able to enjoy the Jazz Festival, but there are plans for visits to Carmel, Cannery Row, and other sites of interest. You don't want to miss this one. As usual, the Festival will showcase some of the most renowned artists in the music industry, making it a must-attend for music enthusiasts.

The festival will also feature a variety of vendors offering a wide range of items, including wearable art, designer garments, and unique artwork exclusive to the festival grounds. During quieter moments throughout the festival, special activities will be available for participants to explore the other seaside communities.  

CANCELATION POLICY:  Your initial deposit is required as a non-refundable payment due to Hilton's policy during the Monterey Jazz Festival as well as other Festival Hotel Properties. You are encouraged to purchase Travel Protection to protect your funds.  When reserving a double room, please include the information of your roommate.  If you do not have your roommate yet, you will need to deposit the Single program.

Sit back and relax in your plush seat, taking in the scenery or watching one of the carefully selected videos for your enjoyment.  Arriving in Monterey in the early afternoon, after check-in, you might want to join us at one of the local restaurants, if time permits, before traveling to the Monterey Festival Grounds.  Your driver will pick you up and return you to the hotel for a fun night in the lobby with the music enthusiasts and some of the musicians.  The Main Stage will be Gregory Porter, Christian McBride, and Ursa Major.

A morning ride to Carmel by the Sea to browse the neighborhood, and possibly treat yourself to a late morning breakfast before heading over to the Festival.  On the Jimmy Lyons State today?  Gregory Porter, Christian McBride & Ursa Major,  and many more.

Spend a couple of hours browsing the shops and places of interest in Carmel by the Sea.  Opening on the Arena Stage will be Next Generation Jazz, and closing it down will be Trombone Shorty.  A night to party, after the party at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Leaving from Monterey we will take one last spin around town to explore the shops I.  Arriving in the late afternoon.  End of program.
