About this trip

The Spirit of Alchemy Women's retreat intention is to awaken our power and ignite our hearts desire. 2022 is our year for individual and collective rebirth. The last two years have taught us so much. We are evolving in new ways. We are ready to create something new and to be part of a force that honors both transformation and liberation.

Sedona is one of the most spiritually charged locations on the planet. Sedona itself is a large vortex that activates and realigns our own energies. Within this larger vortex, are several smaller potent vortices in which we will be exploring together.

Uplifting Yoga practices, Yoga workshops and sacred sound healing led by Senior Yoga teacher & healer Brittany Adams. Unleash your Divine potential with somatic breathwork practices, transformational group coaching and sacred ceremonies with Spiritual Coach Gina Polimeni. Dive deep into your bliss body through guided meditations, hikes in nature and connections with other like minded women. Experience our retreat closing evening full moon + cacao healing circle ceremony.

September is a magical time to visit Sedona, as the weather is warm and dry. Fall is a beautiful energetic time to release, renew and recalibrate. Catch some sun rays on our private deck & property or soak in the hot tub with new friends. Enjoy morning meditations and inquiry practices to align with your spirit and intuition.

Retreats are a special time to deeply connect with ourselves, each other and nature. Which then creates a safe space and potent container for intentional healing & lasting transformation.

My name is Brittany Adams and I am the founder and creator of Self Revolution Wellness, based out of San Diego, Ca. I am inspired by Yoga, nature, nutrition, authenticity, sound healing & spirituality to connect with our healing potential & gifts. I have been a Yoga Teacher & Healer for over 11 years. In 2015 I battled and survived a rare stage 4 cancer of my bones and connective tissue. That experience was the catalyst to my spiritual awakening and call to serve others in a deeper way. SRW runs destination retreats, trainings & events.

Reviews

I was so looking forward to this Yoga Retreat as it was a pre-celebration for my 68th birthday and two friends were coming along. We we so excited! The food prepared by Chef Taylor was not only nutritious and plant-based but very yummy! The yoga, smudging, and sound healing were absolutely amazing! My friends and I had brought wine to enjoy for dinner and relax under the full moon of Sedona. When we arrived and were still settling in to the Lavender Room,* which was not what it appeared to be on the advertisement, we were told that we could not have any wine on the premises as there was someone there that was 20 days into sobriety. I totally understand that journey, however, there was nothing noted on our info about the Transformation House being alcohol-free. Had we known such was the case, we would not have brought wine to the premises. The lack of transparency caused us unneeded stress, and we felt shamed from the Leaders of this retreat. I truly hope that her info is updated to avoid anyone else going through this situation. We scrambled to get a hotel and after that stressful episode we were able to do some incredible hikes and enjoy the beauty, peace and serenity that Sedona offers. I do want to add that we were fully refunded for the two days that were left on the retreat, and the refund was handled expeditiously. *The video shows the Lavender Room as having a window - but it's actually a picture of a window. No ventilation in the room, although we did receive a big fan when requested.
