Payments - T&Cs

- To save on additional transaction fees, please pay using the BECS Transfer option.

- After your initial deposit, there will be 4 payment instalments.

- You can choose to pay for the trip in instalments or in one go.

- Your spot on the trip is guaranteed as long as you adhere to instalment payment deadlines. We will cancel your ticket, with no refund available, if you do not meet the payment deadline of each instalment. Once you have selected your ticket package, you will not be able to change it.

- All payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Arrival & Departure - T&Cs

- Airport: Transfers run only to/from Gusti Ngurah Rai Int’l (DPS). No other airport or pick-up locations are available.  Airport transfers are only available for attendees arriving on the official start date and departing on the official end date of the MTL event. 

- Dates: Transportation to/from the villa will operate for arrival on 6 Aug 2025 and departure on 11 Aug 2025; travel outside these dates is self-arranged.

- Timing: Book flights landing before 3PM on 6 Aug for smooth check-in/out; late or off-schedule flights will mean you miss activities that begin at 5PM

- Missed transfers: If you miss your assigned transportation to the villa due to flight changes, MTL can’t guarantee an alternative; extra transport costs are yours to cover.

- This is an 18+ event.

- By purchasing, you agree to all stated terms and conditions of MORE TO LIFE - BALI 2025. You consent to being photographed and filmed, with the possibility of your image being used in future promotional materials and for archival purposes. If you wish to participate but do not consent to being photographed or recorded, you must formally notify MTL prior to the event.

- All payments and purchases for this event are strictly non-refundable. 

- Your spot on the trip is guaranteed as long as you adhere to payment deadlines. Any missed payments will result in a cancelled ticket. Once you have selected your ticket package, you will not be able to change it.

If you are travelling from Melbourne, we highly suggest booking our flight add-on as we were able to secure a much cheaper flight price. The flight allowance includes 20kg of checked baggage and 7kg of carry-on baggage per passenger.

Important passport information:

- Your passport must be an ordinary, full-validity document (no emergency or refugee travel docs). - Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from your arrival in Bali. For our 6 Aug 2025 flight this means the expiry date must be ≥ 6 Feb 2026. - Your passport must contain at least one blank visa page (two is safer). - Your passport’s issuing country must be eligible for either 30-day visa-free entry (ASEAN) or the 30-day Visa-on-Arrival / e-VoA programme. We cannot accommodate travellers who need a pre-arranged B211A Visit Visa.

If we discover that your passport does not meet any of the above requirements or Indonesia’s entry requirements, your flight add-on will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. This includes passports with fewer than six months’ validity, damaged covers, worn or ripped pages, or any other alterations that render the document invalid.

- Flight-delay disclaimer: All flight operations are controlled by Jetstar. MTL accepts no liability for delays, schedule changes or cancellations initiated by the airline, including any knock-on costs these disruptions may cause. 

-  MTL bears no responsibility if a traveller fails to board the scheduled flight. Tickets are strictly non-refundable, and all costs arising from a missed departure remain solely with the traveller.
