Join Limitless Planet on this unforgettable adventure. Discover the rich cultural heritage and UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Morocco, where many distinct peoples have left their indelible mark—from ancient Romans to the Arabs to the French—and encounter the living legacy of North Africa’s indigenous Amazigh, or Berbers. Explore the atmospheric souks of Marrakech and Fez, witnessing age-old crafts like damascening and hand-painted ceramics; venture to the ancient adobe villages, and into the Sahara on a 4x4 and spend a night among the sweeping sand dunes of the world’s largest desert.
From the colorful souks of Marrakesh to sleeping under the stars in a Berber Camp in the Sahara Desert, Morocco overflows with beauty. Morocco is one of the world’s fastest growing travel destinations, according to the United Nations World Tourism Organization, and for good reason. This North African country, about the same size as California, boasts astounding diversity: epic mountain ranges, ancient cities, expansive desert, Roman ruins, and stunning coastlines along both the Atlantic and the Mediterranean.
