We're excited to have Jesse Barlow on board as our yoga instructor, Thai massage master, and travel companion. All the way from Toronto, Jesse has spent the last 10 years traveling the world to learn, teach, and share the practice of yoga with students from 5 continents. Each day will present a new opportunity to grow your practice and connect with yourself and others in this unforgettable setting.
We'll flow through the week with an energizing AM practice each morning and calming and restoring PM practice every night before dinner. Additionally, Jesse will lead us through sessions that focus on hip openers, inversions, arm balances, and more!
The High Atlas Mountains is the picturesque setting for our week. Our beautiful guesthouse offers panoramic views of Toubkal and the valley of Ait Mizan, while situated only minutes from the sleepy Berber village of Imlil and a short 1 hour drive to Marrakech, Morocco's famous Red City. Enjoy a variety of added activities at no extra cost, including guided trekking, Moroccan cooking classes, a visit to a traditional Moroccan hammam, and a day trip to Marrakech.
Join us for 7 days and 7 nights of unbeatable nature, peace and yoga infused with the best of Moroccan culture and mystique! See you in the Atlas!

Morocco is a modern Muslim country and while it is not necessary to cover your head, it is a wise choice to dress in conservative clothing during public outings. Consider covering the shoulders and legs when outside the hotel. At this time of year, Marrakech can be hot during the day, so dressing in loose and light fabrics will leave you feeling much more comfortable than in tight and restrictive clothing.
Make sure to pack plenty of yoga clothes! Bring casual stuff for the day trips and outings. We won't go anywhere that requires formal clothes. Pack a good pair of sneakers for walking/trekking, and a jacket/rain jacket.
We'll teach you some simple Arabic phrases at the welcome dinner, such as how to say "thank you" and "please" and other useful things. Come prepared to enjoy the best of Morocco!
