Ieva's yoga teaching style is steady & playful with a talent for deep relaxation. She believes in the potency of yoga to help facilitate self healing in all the layers of being: body, energy, mind & spirit. An avid traveler, she has taught and held yoga retreats around the world. She is currently working towards her 1000hr International Yoga Therapist Certification. She is also a surfer, and a sommelier who loves travel, food & wine. "May we soften, strengthen, open & go within. From this place, may we blossom fully into life."

i had an incredible time! Our days were filled with interesting and new movement, mind opening and thought provoking experiences, wine tasting, sailing,, off roading through the Algarve, delicious food, a beautiful setting with great friends new and old. iIeva,, Ilia, Eva and sarah, thank you!!! I had a great time! The accommodations were beautiful, authentic and very comfortable. The hospitality was top notch! The food was always delicious. The wine education and focus was just right. The Yoga was very much appreciated and offered at just the right times of the day! Ieva is supportive, friendly, and very knowledgeable!
