Begin your journey in Rabat with a guided tour, exploring the city’s cultural and culinary gems. Stroll through vibrant markets, savoring the tantalizing flavors of Moroccan cuisine. Try local delicacies and street food while learning about the country’s rich culinary traditions.

Begin your morning with a delicious breakfast before going on a cultural journey from Volubilis to Meknes. Explore the well-preserved Roman ruins at Volubilis, where intricate mosaics and ancient structures bring history to life.

Continue to Meknes, Morocco’s second imperial city, where you’ll enjoy a flavorful Moroccan lunch. Stroll through the bustling souks, filled with the scents of exotic spices, and discover the beauty of the city’s palaces, gardens, and historical landmarks.


Wrap up your day with a delightful dinner at a local riad or restaurant, savoring the authentic tastes of Moroccan cuisine.

Start your day with a hands-on cooking class led by a local chef, where you’ll learn to make Pastilla, one of Morocco’s most iconic dishes. This sweet and savory treat features layers of delicate phyllo pastry filled with spiced meat or seafood, almonds, and cinnamon, topped with powdered sugar and cinnamon. After preparing this delicious dish, sit down to enjoy your creation for lunch, experiencing the unique flavors of Morocco firsthand.


In the afternoon, explore Fez, Morocco’s spiritual capital, with a guided tour. Start with panoramic views of the city from the South Borj or North Borj. Then, dive into the vibrant medina of Fez el-Bali, where you’ll visit landmarks like the Bou-Inania and Attarine Medersas, the Karaouiyine Islamic University, and the Nejjarine Fountain.

Stroll through the bustling souks, soaking in the lively atmosphere, and visit the Nejjarine Museum of Arts and Woodworking, housed in a beautifully restored caravanserai. It’s a day filled with rich flavors, history, and culture that will leave you with unforgettable memories of Fez.

A Glimpse into Berber Life

Start your day with a scenic journey from Fes, traveling through the beautiful Middle Atlas Mountains after breakfast. Along the way, pass through cedar forests and the charming town of Ifrane, often called the "Switzerland of Morocco" for its European-style architecture and alpine feel.


As we continue, the route takes us through Berber villages, offering a glimpse into local culture and traditions. Midway, we’ll stop for a delicious lunch with a welcoming local family, a chance to enjoy authentic Moroccan hospitality.

After lunch, the journey continues to the town of Beni Mellal and then on to the stunning Bin Elouidane mountain lake. Here, you’ll settle in for the night at the beautiful Hotel Widiane. Relax and recharge with a delicious dinner while surrounded by the breathtaking natural beauty of the lake and mountains. It’s the perfect way to unwind and take in Morocco’s serene landscapes.

Cooking with Love

Prepare for an unforgettable day as we take a short drive along the beautiful Bin Elouidane lake to the charming Berber town of Ouaouizaght. Here, you’ll join a local family for a hands-on outdoor cooking workshop, learning how to prepare authentic Moroccan dishes with fresh, local ingredients. After the workshop, sit down with your hosts to enjoy a delicious lunch and participate in a traditional tea ceremony.


In the afternoon, explore the stunning mountain lake of Bin Elouidane and choose from a variety of fun activities, such as wakeboarding, kayaking, pedal boating, banana boat rides, or even fishing. Take a moment to soak in the serene beauty of the lake and its surroundings.


In the evening, return to the hotel for a delightful dinner featuring Morocco’s famous steamed lamb Mechoui, accompanied by a selection of salads and traditional pastries. It’s the perfect way to end a day filled with incredible experiences and delicious food in the heart of the Atlas Mountains.

From Nature to the City

We'll leave Bin Elouidane and head to the Ouzoud waterfalls in the Mgoun Geopark area. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with a view of the falls, then explore the falls and surrounding village before heading to Marrakech. In the afternoon, we'll travel safely and comfortably to your accommodation in Marrakech. For dinner, we'll visit the Al Fassia restaurant in the city center, known for its excellent Moroccan gourmet cuisine. In an elegant and traditional setting, you'll have the pleasure of savoring typical dishes from the city of Fez, which have made the restaurant famous.

Savoring Marrakech - A Guided tour

The medina of Marrakech, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is surrounded by a 9 km long ochre-colored wall and is known for its incredible cultural diversity. Take a walk through its narrow, winding streets and discover highlights like the stunning Palais de Bahia, the beautifully ornate Saadian Tombs, and the vibrant scents and sights of the souks.


In the afternoon, enjoy some free time to explore at your own pace. You can try your hand at haggling with local traders or head to Djemaa el-Fna square, a lively open-air hub filled with food stalls, snake charmers, storytellers, and vendors. Recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage site, the square offers an unforgettable atmosphere straight out of the tales of 1,001 nights. Treat yourself to delicious couscous, tagine, or other Moroccan specialties as you soak in the energy and magic of this unique place.

Cooking for a Cause at Amal center

Dive into the rich flavors of Morocco with a cooking class at the Amal Non-Profit NGO, an organization dedicated to empowering and supporting disadvantaged women. In the serene garden of the Amal Center, you’ll learn to prepare traditional Moroccan couscous while hearing inspiring stories from the women who benefit from the center’s training programs. It’s a meaningful and hands-on experience that blends culture, community, and cuisine.


In the evening, enjoy dinner at Nomad, a stylish restaurant known for its fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative menu. Here, traditional Moroccan dishes are given a modern twist, and international flavors are paired with a Moroccan touch, offering a unique dining experience to end your day.

The Agafay Experience

Take a scenic journey from Marrakech to the Agafay Desert, passing through charming towns like Tahnaout and Asni along the way. Stop at the Argan Oil Cooperative in Tahnaout to see how the Argan nut is transformed into oil-based products and enjoy a refreshing glass of mint tea.


From there, take an easy walk to Armed, the highest village in the Imlil Valley. Spend time with a welcoming Berber family and enjoy a traditional Moroccan meal in their guesthouse, prepared with fresh, local ingredients and fragrant spices. This is a wonderful chance to experience Berber culture and learn about their traditions and way of life.


After your meal, continue to the Agafay Desert and settle into your comfortable camp. Take in the stunning desert views, enjoy a welcome tea, and watch the sunset over the dunes. End your day with a delicious dinner under the stars, accompanied by a cozy campfire. This journey offers the perfect mix of culture, relaxation, and breathtaking scenery.

Farewell Morocco!

As your journey through Morocco comes to a close, it's time to say farewell to this captivating country.
