The retreat had potential, but the coordination fell short. The operation manager wasn’t consistently with us, which affected the flow of the program. I recommend hiring a more experienced coordinator to ensure better structure and on-ground support. With a few improvements, the experience could be much stronger.

A much, much lower-than-expected experience… This was my first experience with NOMUHUB, and unfortunately it was far below my expectations — not even close to what a luxury wellness retreat is supposed to offer. From the moment I arrived, things were disappointing. At the airport pickup and hotel check-in, I never met the trip leader. When I reached the villa, there was no proper welcome at all — only the hotel staff who handed me a drink. Dinner started earlier than the scheduled time without notifying me, so I arrived late and everyone had already finished. I didn’t meet the trip leader until two days after the retreat started, and even the welcome gift was not given to me until I asked for it myself. For a 5-day expensive wellness retreat, I expected: Complete relaxation + proper body treatments + mental clarity + a fully curated daily wellness program. But what I experienced was nothing like that. It felt like staying in a private villa with a very exhausting schedule: sleeping late and waking up at 7 AM every day without considering our comfort. The only truly good part of the retreat was the breathwork and ice bath session. Everything else felt like tasks we had to “check off the list,” with no real quality or intention behind it. We were also filmed throughout the trip without asking for our permission — which is absolutely unacceptable. There were no snacks or light meals provided throughout the day, only breakfast. We had to go out and search for snacks ourselves. The location of the retreat was extremely far from everything — about two hours by car for every activity — and the schedule did not take this into consideration. We kept going back and forth between the villa and activities, losing hours every day just sitting in the car. The Phi Phi Island trip was one of the worst parts of the experience. We were promised a private boat, but ended up on a shared one with everyone else. The trip was exhausting, poorly planned, and I am still dealing with the physical pain from it. As for the healing session, we were told there would be “a session” but were not informed about what type it was. I refused to attend because I cannot join something without knowing what will happen in it.

joined the Nomuhub trip with so much excitement and high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I expected a more professional level of organization and value, especially for a paid trip. Here are the main points from my experience: • The itinerary felt unstructured and chaotic. For example, the Patong day was overloaded with multiple activities, and most of the time was spent on transportation between locations. Because of that, we barely had time to actually enjoy Old Town. • We returned very late on multiple days, yet the schedule included a 7 AM yoga session the next morning—it didn’t make sense to schedule early activities right after late nights. • Missed activities and classes were not compensated, even though there was enough flexible time in the schedule to rearrange or replace sessions, including beach time. • Some days had packed morning schedules but empty evenings with no meaningful planning or balance. • There was little flexibility or willingness to adjust the schedule when needed. • Our trip supervisor, Surti, was barely present with the group and wasn’t consistently involved. • A large portion of our time was wasted on transportation instead of experiences. • The supervisor frequently changed her mind and didn’t make firm decisions, which created confusion. • She also struggled to handle situations outside the original plan or unexpected scenarios. • Transportation should have been fully available to support the group’s needs, not only for pre-scheduled activities. Overall, the trip didn’t meet the level of quality and standards I expected, and it was below what Nomuhub promotes. While the concept of the trip is great, the execution needs major improvement in planning, communication, value for money, and on-ground coordination. This experience makes me reconsider joining future trips with Nomuhub unless these issues are addressed.
