Today, we head east to see the official City of London! 

After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll head to The Tower of London to see for ourselves the Crown Jewels, the famous Tower Bridge and hear the incredible stories of this important royal residence over the centuries. 

For lunch, we‘ll head down along the Thames towards London Bridge for the Borough Market. This sprawling fixture on the south side of the river has been a market for Londoners for several centuries. You’ll be spoiled for choice as we find lunch on our own there. It’s delightfully overwhelming.

We’ll walk along the Thames for a postcard-perfect stroll by Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, The Tate Modern Museum, the Millenium Bridge & St. Pauls Cathedral.

For dinner this evening, we’ll have some fun with a little pub quiz night! Plan for a cosy night in a pub where we’ll have mums vs girls for some silly games and prizes together. 

This morning, we‘ll have breakfast at the hotel before we head out for a fun morning of a scavenger hunt in the British Museum. 

The interactive scavenger hunt will give everyone a chance to see the best of Britain’s most famous museum: The Rosetta Stone, Egyptian mummies, the Athens Parthenon friezes and more. This is a fun way to see the highlights in a way that makes it really fun for both mum & daughter. 

For lunch, you’ll have a booking at your choice of one of our favourite spots for afternoon tea. It will be a mummy & me date. You’ll definitely want to get out your cutest outfits for this to look the part. 

After tea, you’ll have the afternoon free to spend as you like: go shopping at Harrods, explore Regents Park… or even just take a moment to relax back at the hotel. 

You’ll have dinner on your own tonight (aim for easy and fast!) before meeting at the theatre at 7pm. Tonight, we’re seeing the West End favourite: Wicked! We’ll need plenty of time to get our snacks and into our seats before the show starts, so don’t be late.

Our last day in London starts with a bang- Notting Hill for Portobello Road’s Market!

We’ll enjoy the pretty weekly market that sprawls this pretty West London neighborhood. Enjoy cute antiques, great coffer + pastries and a lively morning. 

While you’re in the neighborhood, we’ll take a break in a cosy biscuit-icing session for the girls at one of the cutest cafes in Notting Hill. They’ll have a chance to create their own lithe British Bake Off moment as they ice their biscuits.And when we’re in the neighbourhood, there will be a photographer available there to snap mini sessions. of you and your daughter for a really lovely souvenir. 

Lunch is on your own, as well as some time to explore on your own before dinner. We recommend a stroll through St. James Park and a stop by Buckingham Palace.  

Together, we will head towards Kensington Gardens with an easy stroll through Hyde Park. We’ll start our fun with a tickets to visit Kensington Palace together. You’ll see where royals live and learn about what a “day of work” looks like for them! The ticket includes visiting the sunken garden, where you can see the new statue of Princess Diana.

Afterwards, let’s enjoy bit of free time at the incredible Diana Memorial Playground nearby. The girls can have some time to play, while moms can chat over coffee and tea from the little cafe. Alternatively, you can use the time to go explore London on your own. Once we have all the girls’ wiggles out, we’ll check-in and freshen up before dinner.

Tonight’s dinner will be our official closing ceremonies. Expect yummy food, good chat and some silly surprises.

After dinner, we will have a postcard-perfect walk back to the hotel. Once we get there, we’ll hug goodbye in the lobby and say our farewells!

This morning, we’ll have breakfast on our own at the hotel before heading out to make our way back home!

Please note that check-out is at 11am, but you are welcome to store luggage with the hotel, if your travel plans are for later.
