By making payment you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

Deposit

A $500 deposit is required to secure your place at the Weekend Away. The deposit is non-refundable.

Full Payment

Payment is required in full by 08/04/26. Failure to pay in full by the due date may result in your place being forfeited. All payments are non-refundable.

Dietary Requirements (Add Ons only)

It is the Client’s responsibility to notify of any dietary requirements for everyone in their booking. Failure to do so may result in the requirement not being catered for.

Accessibility

Clients are advised that at Noble River Estate most accommodations are accessible via stairs only. There is ONE CHALET - KOOKABURRA that is wheelchair accessible, with the bedroom, bathroom and living areas on the ground floor.

The main Lodge where the activities will take place, is somewhat accessible on the lower level. There is ramped access to the deck, however there are some doorways and thresholds into the building that are not wheelchair friendly.

Also be advised that the property is steep in some places and there is loose gravel. Evolut Events is not responsible for any injury or death at the venue or while Clients are attending the Weekend Away.

Damages

Evolut Events will take due care with people and their belongings. However we do not take any responsibility for theft, damage or loss of belongings, prior to, during, or after the Weekend Away.

Smoking

Smoking is only permitted in the areas designated by the Venue. In no circumstances are attendees to smoke outside of these areas or smoke or vape inside of a building.

Photo and Video

Photography and videography will take place to document the Weekend Away and for future marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or have videos taken of you please advise Evolut Events.

Cancellation by Organiser

Evolut Events has the right to cancel the Weekend Away due to but not limited to factors beyond their control, venue/supplier cancellations and minimum booking numbers not being reached. Clients will receive a full refund.

Unforeseen Circumstances

If there is an “act of God” or other force majeure event (wars, insurrections, pandemics), the Weekend Away will be rescheduled. All monies paid will be applied to the new dates. Should Clients be unavailable for the new dates, a credit or refund will be provided at Evolut Events’ discretion.

Check in from 2pm and get settled in your accommodation. Open your gift box!

Enjoy your massage and line dancing class! If you have selected the picnic lunch add on, choose your picnic spot on the Estate or at nearby Lane Poole Reserve.

Enjoy a slow morning with breakfast delivered to your accommodation (optional add on). Check out and explore Dwellingup and Pinjarra on your way back home or to Mother's Day lunch.
