About this trip

Shinrin-Yoku is a term that means "taking in the forest atmosphere" or "forest bathing". It was developed in Japan during the 1980's and we are bringing it to Southern California in October!

Join Alice and Yanai on a day escape away from the hustle and bustle of the city and under the canopy of a living forest to reconnect with your soul. The best part is you do not even need a passport or to take time away from work to fully immerse yourself in nature and self care! You will leave this sun up to sun down adventure feeling rejuvenated in mind, body and spirit.

"In Every Walk With Nature One Receives Far More Then He Seeks"

Hi Beautiful Humans, I am an ER nurse by trade and a Yoga Teacher by passion with a Gypsy Soul who loves getting lost out in the Wild. I enjoy travel, hiking and learning new things. I was born in Miami and been living in San Diego for almost 8 years, after the loss of my mother. It was then my heart re-awakened, I began to slow down and live passionately every day for life is too short. Exploring and being connected to nature allows me to fully let go and immerse into my soul. I am here to inspire others to live life as an adventure and be wild and free. Live Love Life Gypsy Nai
