Elevate your surfing with movement analysis and training to improve pop-ups, stance, turns, and overall flow of movement from both the Movement Junkie, Paleena, and Surf Coach Lorenzo Diaz!.
You will learn the specific and individual movement patterns that your body needs to execute natural, safe, and more effective form with surfing. We have an awesome polished concrete wellness space that is perfect for surf skate training and mobility/strength sessions.

This was the literal most amazing week of my entire life. Sam put together a perfectly balanced itinerary of movement and rest, group time and solo time, structured activities and free time. Everything was so thoughtfully designed and organized, from the food to the photography to the yoga to the surfing and beyond. I will go on any retreat Sam ever organizes because of how wonderful this one was.

This trip was AMAZING! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The grounds and pool were maintained daily. The staff was so accommodating. All of our needs were met. We forgot our snorkel masks at another beach bar/restaurant, and the staff insisted that they retrieve it for us. Literally everything was planned out for us: excursions, meals, hikes, horseback riding, fishing, etc. The travel was made simple. We were shepherded across the border of Costa Rica and Nicaragua upon both arriving and departing. Shuttle drivers had coolers available for us filled with cold drinks. We traveled for a yoga retreat, and the yoga classes were so good for our bodies and souls. We love Room to Roam and we will definitely be booking anther trip either to Nicaragua or to one of the other locations!

This was an amazing trip! The food was fantastic and abundant, and all of the people were genuinely wonderful. I really enjoyed this opportunity to grow in self love, reflection, expansion, and awakening with beautiful likeminded souls in the magic of Lake Tahoe. Thank you to everyone!

I can’t say enough about my wonderful experience with Kate, Ashley, Lorenzo and the whole staff at Room to Roam! This trip was truly magical. I was a little nervous to travel for the first time since COVID. Kate took such great care ushering me in to Nicaragua. I was very stressed at home prior to leaving and Kate kept taking things off my plate as I prepared to leave. Upon arrival we were greeted so warmly by the staff. I was instantly relaxed. Marco’s truly does make the BEST passion fruit margarita on the planet! My intention was surf and boy did I fall back in love with surfing, but I am really walking away with so much more- a complete reboot for my body, mind and soul! I’ll be back again soon! PS the food is out of the this world! Every single meal…. Mouth watering!
