Join Alma Retreats, www.myalmaretreats.com, and Stacey Clark for our 4th year down in Nicaragua. This time the magic will take place on Little Corn Island, a small island off the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua where time slows down and the beautiful turquoise sea and warm coconut bread nourish your mind, body and spirit. On the mat, you can expect some feel good flow, yummy yin, meditation, mindfulness practices, the chance to hear your own voice and the chance to put your 2017 intentions into action. After feeling relaxed and restored, we head back to the mainland for a taste of something magical off the mat....the "Alma" behind Alma Retreats.
The retreat begins with your feet buried in the sand and ends on the back up of a pickup truck as we drive through coffee country, hike down to waterfalls, spend a day with local farmers, learn to make tortillas, and journey to the places in Nicaragua most people don't often to get experience, the places that transform you.
This retreat provides everything and then some.

About Stacey
Yoga Teacher, writer, founder and owner of Alma Retreats, Stacey has spent the last decade practicing and learning yoga. She found her place on the mat as a place where she could catch her breath and dance around, following that dance down to Nicaragua. Since, the yoga mat has become a place for finding freedom, breath, release and healing. Stacey’s classes are infused with inspiration, nourishment and creativity and encourage the chance to hear one's voice, allowing it to affect the present and future.
Stacey is an RYT 200 Teacher certified with Yatra Yoga. She received her Yin Teacher Certification with Ishta Yoga and is currently enrolled in the 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Certification with Integrative Yoga focusing on overall well being.
These days she happily calls Brooklyn home and Nicaragua her home away from home.
