MOVMNT Fitness is absolutely thrilled to be offering a luxe fitness experience set in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado. 

This all-inclusive retreat is designed to extend your pursuit of wellness and adventure through personalized details exclusively for you and your group. 

In true MOVMNT Fitness fashion, we believe in creating the perfect space to nourish your body through personalized workouts, yoga/stretching, and all-inclusive delicious meals.

MOVE with purpose and Experience the beauty of Fraser Valley on the shores of Shadow Mountain Reservoir. Explore the Rocky Mountains in a private home and along the trails at 8,500 feet. Clean food, invigorating workouts, great friends, and much more!

- Guest Bedroom with Two Twin Beds, desk, connects to Jack N Jill Bathroom with shower tub

- Bunk Room with 4 built in bunk beds

- All bedrooms have stunning views. There are bath towels, hand towels, and approx 6 larger beach type towels. 

- Brand new washer/dryers with all natural detergent.

- 3 Car Garage: the smaller third garage is used for the gym. 

The Fine Print

  • 3-day retreat will begin at 2pm on Friday, December 8th and conclude after a mid morning send-off workout on Sunday December 10th.
  • Transportation to/from retreat destination is fully responsible of each individual. 
  • Must sign a liability waiver due to physical activity during retreat.
  • You do not HAVE to participate in everything this retreat offers. Although, we would love you to experience Colorado to it’s fullest, that may mean chilling by yourself and hanging back at times! You move how you want to move!

What’s included

  • 3 days/2 nights
    3 days and 2 nights in a luxurious mountain home on Shadow Mountain Reservoir from December 8th-10th, 2017.
  • Custom meals
    CLEAN, organic, and freshly prepared eats.(please specify diet preference upon signing up). You will leave our retreat fully prepared to make each meal on your own at home with take home recipe cards.
  • 2 B/1 L/2 D
    2 Breakfasts, 2 Dinners, 1 Lunch made JUST for you. We will have food demos so YOU can make each delicious meal at home.
  • 3 Group Fitness Classes
    Daily group fitness workouts inside the custom house gym. (TRX, Bootcamp, ALL Levels welcome)
  • 2 Yoga/Stretching Class
    We will start each morning with a gentle yoga and stretching class overlooking the mountain water.
  • Snowshoe Adventure
    We will host a group snowshoe adventure on one of the many trails of the Rocky Moutains
  • Private Programming
    Each retreater will get a 30 min private goal setting and program design with MOVMNT Fitness Owner and Retreat Leader, Danielle Schmieder, NASM-CPT, PES.
  • Gifts and Garb!
    MOVMNT Fitness surprises throughout!
  • Transportation
    All transportation to/from retreat destination (domestic/international) must be arranged by the retreater. You may car pool of course and I'm more than happy to help with arrangements.


Day 1-3
MOVMNT Fitness Mountain Retreat

Friday Dec 8th, 2017

2pm: Welcome Workout at the Mountain Lodge

3-5pm: Welcome Dinner and Demo from Denver Based Private Chef

8pm: relax and unwind with a fire, friends, games, and wine.

Saturday Dec 9th, 2017:

8am: Morning wake up with gentle yoga/stretching AND/OR group workout

9:30am: Breakfast and Coffee

11am-3pm: Guided Snowshoe Excursion with lunch and llight snacks

6pm: Dinner with Demo

(free time will be scheduled out for the 30min private goal setting/program design sessions)

Sunday Dec 10th

8am: breakfast 

9:30am: Send off workout

12pm- Departure from House

Hi! I’m Danielle. I’ve been a Personal Trainer, Performance Exercise Specialist, and Bootcamp instructor for over 8 years. My experience has taught me that exercise doesn’t have to be a chore, but can instead be incorporated into the life you love. Balance is what this is about and I’m all about getting outside, eating great food, and putting out maximum effort. I’m a firm believer in the phrase, “no excuses” and believe that you CAN make anything happen. Set goals, incorporate them into your daily life, and work towards them on a consistent basis. I specialize in in-home personal training, and I want to see YOU improve. You’ll catch me running at 5am, eating mexican food, reading a book, or sweating my buns off! I look forward to working with you and smashing your goals!


This trip was absolutely fantastic. Danielle not only was a fantastic trainer but she also made the whole weekend so luxurious, I felt so pampered! The food was unbelievable and the night with the chef was incredibly informative, fun and delicious! This trip is a must! I would recommend it to any one, of any fitness level!

What a great weekend. Everything from the home we stayed in to the workouts and healthy food was remarkable. Great balance of exercise and relaxing. Wow, Danielle at MOVMNT made this a most memorable experience! The accommodations were outstanding, the itinerary was packed with fun activities, challenging workouts, great meals, and time to relax. The food provided was nutritious and delicious, and the teaching by the private chef gave us recipes, skills, and valuable information we can use at home. Danielle thought of everything!
