You may choose to cancel your participation in a JWJ trip at any time; however please note to the following cancellation policy below:

At JWJ Travels, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. You have the option to cancel your initial reservation within the first 14 days after making the initial deposit, but please note that the deposit itself is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another trip. 

All payments made toward the balance of your trip are non-refundable after five (5) days of the payment being made. This includes full payments, and monthly or weekly instalment payments and any late fees.

It is advised to purchase trip cancellation insurance as a precaution. JWJ Travels may cancel, modify or postpone the Getaway or any part of it for mitigating/extenuating circumstances.

Please also note that JWJ Travels is not liable for any incidental expenses or consequential losses sustained as a result of your booking being cancelled. This includes but is not limited to:

•        Visas & vaccinations

•        Flights, train tickets, or other transportation fees

We’re thrilled to share a sneak peek of our upcoming journey! As the departure date draws near, our guests will receive a more comprehensive and customised itinerary outlining the daily schedule, including hourly activities, and expectations for each day.

Guests will arrive at Vilankulo Airport (VNX) and be privately transferred to hotel.

In the evening, we will all gather together for a warm welcome dinner under the stars.

This will be an excellent opportunity for everyone to introduce themselves and become acquainted. Additionally, important information will be shared to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout the stay.
