Join us for the 2027 Winter Carnival at Giants Ridge, a partner resort on the IKON pass*. Enjoy a weekend of skiing, music, wine parties, buffet dinners, and access to bars and restaurants at the lodge. Lodging options include 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR suites, with convenient RT bus transportation and ski area shuttle service available (details below).

*Full Ikon pass holders get two (2) days lift access at Giants Ridge (not available on Ikon Base or Session passes)

One Bedroom Suite – Sleeps 3 – 465 Square Feet – Includes a private bedroom with a king-sized bed, and either a pull-out sofa, murphy bed or futon in the living area, kitchen and one bathroom.

Two Bedroom Suite – Sleeps 5 – 925 Square Feet – Includes one private bedroom with two queen beds, and either a futon, Murphy bed or sleeper sofa in the living area, plus a kitchen and two bathrooms.

Three Bedroom Suite – Sleeps 6 – 1,175 Square Feet – Includes one private bedroom with king-sized bed, large, jetted tub, and shared bath, one private bedroom with queen-sized bed, and one private bedroom with king-sized bed and private bath, and double futon and 2 futon chairs in the living area. Plus an open kitchen, dining and living area with a fireplace.

• Afternoon – All Aboard: Load your gear onto the chartered bus and relax.

  • Tentative: At this time we are looking for a Rochester departure location. If you can help us out, give us a call. 11:00am, Bus will depart at 11:30 AM.

  • Load at 3M in Maplewood (parking lot location TBA one week before departure) 12:45pm, bus will depart at 1:15 PM.

• Late Afternoon – Check-In: Arrive at the Giant’s Ridge Condos. Grab your keys, drop your bags, and claim your bed. The condos offer great views and plenty of space to store your winter gear.

• Evening – Welcome & Live Music: Settle in and head down to Neighbor's BBQ, located in The Lodge. We’re kicking off the weekend with live music. Grab a drink, catch up with friends, and get pumped for the weekend ahead.

• Morning – Hit the Slopes: Grab breakfast in your condo or in the chalet and enjoy the mountain at your own pace, from beginner runs to black diamonds.

• Late Afternoon – Après-Ski Wine Party: Trade your ski boots for comfortable shoes and join the group for post-slopes wine, snacks, and story-swapping.

• Early Evening – Group Dinner & Program: Regroup for a hearty, catered buffet dinner in the Lodge to refuel, followed by a brief program with announcements and toasts.

• Late Evening – Nightlife Options:

  • Option 1: The Town Bus: Take the scheduled shuttle into town to check out the local Iron Range dive bars and restaurants.

  • Option 2: Lodge Life: Stay on property and walk over to the Burnt Onion Kitchen & Brews or Neighbor's BBQ for craft drinks and a cozy vibe.

• Morning – Final Runs: Squeeze in a few final hours of skiing or snowboarding. If your legs are shot from Saturday, sleep in, enjoy a slow morning in the condo, XC skiing, take a peaceful walk on the winter trails, or hit the onsite hot tub. There is also a new Pool and Sauna Haus located nearby.

• Late Morning – Pack Up: Head back to your condo to pack your bags, and do a final sweep for lost socks and goggles.

• Afternoon – Homeward Bound: Load the luggage and gear back onto the bus. Kick back and take a well-earned nap on the drive home!
