Day 1: Nouakchott to Atar

I will rent car driver and guide

10days tour in Mauritania 

■day1 

Arrive in Nouakchott and travel to Atar via private car 4×4 hilux  (approx. 5 hours).

Check-in to your hotel in Atar and take some rest after the journey.

In the evening, explore the local markets and enjoy some traditional Mauritanian cuisine for dinner.

■Day 2

 Atar to Oudane and Richat Structure

Travel to Oudane, a small town located 90km north of Atar, known for its ancient architecture and history.

En-route, visit the Richat Structure, a geological formation also known as the "Eye of the Sahara".

Return to ouadane spend the night at the same hotel.

■Day 3

Oudane to Chinguetti

After breakfast, drive to Chinguetti, one of the oldest and most well-preserved desert towns in Mauritania.

Explore the historic mosque and libraries of Chinguetti, which are recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Overnight in Chinguetti.

■Day 4

Chinguetti to the Big Sand Dunes

Go to the Big Sand Dunes, on camels  located approximately 10km from Chinguetti.

Visit the Singing Dune, which produces a humming sound when the wind blows.

Return to Chinguetti for another night.

■Day 5

Chinguetti to Terjit Oasis

Travel from Chinguetti to Zarga Mountain, where you will meet with Bedouin and Berber communities.

Spend the night with them and learn about their way of life.

The next day, continue the journey to the Terjit Oasis, where you will spend the night in a traditional desert camp.

■Day 6

Terjit Oasis to Iron Train and Benamira Monolith

Travel to the Iron Train, a famous train that transports iron ore across the Sahara Desert.

Visit the Benamira Monolith, a large stone formation that dates back to prehistoric times. To choum to take the train 

One night on the train 

■Day 7

From noudhibou to Banc darguin 

Discover cap taffarit 

■day 8

 Take boat  and  to the island 

■Day 9

Drive back to Nouakchott, the capital city of Mauritania.

■Day 10 

Explore the  city of noukchout visit 

■ zoo 

■mesum 

■fish market 

■ camel Marcket
