About this trip

We have been talking about doing a My1FitLife / OneFitWidow Spartan Team Race for a few years  now, ever since Amanda Sullivan spoke to our group the first time and inspired many!  Now it is time to get it done!

We are EXCITED to have our My1FitLife Phoenix Adventure - Spartan Race set up for February 2020!  Also joining us as a honorary coach will be our dear friend Amanda Sullivan! She has had a bumpy road this last year with having her leg amputated, but excited to get back on the course...especially with our community! All those who will be doing the Spartan Race (which should be EVERYONE!) , will be racing as our My1FitLife/OneFitLife team on Sunday doing the Spartan Sprint Race. The Sprint is a 3+ miles long, with roughly 20-23 Obstacles. This race may be the shortest distance race, but it’s still a favorite amongst both new and returning racers. It’s the perfect distance for those looking to start their Spartan journey. The Sprint also allows returning racers a manageable distance to see how far they can push themselves. Delivering 20 obstacles over 3 mi / 5 km, you’ll never run the same race twice. Once you complete the sprint you are 1/3 on your Spartan TRIFECTA: The ultimate Spartan achievement. It's time to stop putting it off and get it done!

Come Join us for an amazing time with our community, listen to guest speakers, enjoy coaches sessions, and DO A SPARTAN RACE! (My1FitLife/OneFitWidow  Spartan Team will made up of only those attending the event. Once you sign up you will receive the Team Information)

We all will be staying at the world famous Talking Stick Resort. Talking Stick Resort has been named “Casino of the Year” by the International Entertainment Buyers Association (IEBA). As Scottsdale’s ultimate destination for entertainment, we’re proud to be recognized as an outstanding company and venue in the live concert industry. The culinary experts at Talking Stick Resort™ have created six unique restaurants for you to enjoy throughout the hotel and resort. Whether the mood calls for one of Scottsdale's best fine dining experiences, handcrafted sandwiches in an upscale bistro, oysters on the half shell in a modern seafood bar or just a quick snack near the casino action, Talking Stick Resort has a dining experience to fit your taste.

You can take anyone into the gym and motivate them to live fit for a day, but if you take them into nature, you can inspire them for life! That's the motto of Michelle Steinke-Baumgard and Keith Baumgard from My1FitLife. Six years ago, Michelle and Keith joined together and started what has become much more than just a fitness company; they have created a tribe, a community and a feeling that inspires you long after you leave their retreats. Michelle and Keith take fitness up a notch and remind you that living fit is not about making your body smaller, but instead, fitness is about making your life BIGGER!!! When you come for a retreat with My1FitLife you will accomplish big things; you will learn to be brave, to explore, to stretch your boundaries and to live your life to the fullest.

Simply amazing! Wonderful people, experiences and accommodations.
This was my first time in Park City! What a great weekend! The activities were well organized and so much fun! I had an awesome time! Can't wait for the next adventure weekend!!
This is the third time I have traveled with My1FitLife and I have not been disappointed once. The accomodations were pricey, but comfortable and they got us a great group rate for the time of year. Each organized outing with the event was a well-planned and wonderful adventure. The packing list was spot on. I can't wait for my next Adventure with Michelle and Keith.
Loved the speaker. Very inspiring weekend. Really felt it was the right amount of sessions, exercising, adventures and free time
It was a great adventure! I loved the community of people, very supportive and the activities were a good combination of ones that stretched me and ones that were simply fun. The scenery was gorgeous! I have 2 negatives: I arrived a bit late on Thursday evening and there was nobody around and no instructions about anything. It also turned out that dimmer wasn’t included and as I had no transportation, I had no way to get any food. It felt like a very forlorn way to start the weekend. I have no trouble with very basic accommodations and food normally, but considering the cost of the weekend, the caliber of both was disappointing.
