You won’t know where we’re going (that’s part of the fun 😉), but trust this: every detail has been thoughtfully curated so all you have to do is show up, relax, and enjoy the experience.

Important Travel & Booking Information

Please review the following details carefully before securing your spot on the Mystery Girls Trip:

🛂 Passport Requirements
• A valid passport is required.
• Your passport must not expire on or before June 14, 2027.
• If your passport expires before this date or does not contain sufficient blank pages, you must renew it prior to booking.

💳 Deposit
• The deposit is $250 per person.

👯‍♀️ Eligibility
• This is an all-women’s trip.
• You must identify as female and be at least 18 years old by December 10, 2026.

💰 Final Payment Policy
• All final payments must be received by October 2, 2026.
• A $50 late fee will be applied to payments received after this date.
• If payment is not received by October 9, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST, your reservation will be cancelled.
• No refunds. No transfers.

🛡 Travel Insurance (Required – Not Included)
• Travel insurance is not included in your package and must be purchased separately.
• JB Luxury Travels LLC and its partners do not issue refunds and packages are non-transferable.
• In the event of cancellation, any reimbursement must be handled through your third-party travel insurance provider(subject to their terms and conditions).
• Travel insurance options will be provided once your trip is secured.
• You have 21 days from the date your deposit is paid to purchase travel insurance.

📧 Payment Reminders
Automated reminder emails will be sent:
• 7 days before the due date
• 3 days before the due date
• On the due date
• A “late notice” 2 days after the due date

✈️ Flights
• Roundtrip airfare from Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is included.
• If traveling from another state, you must book your own flight to Chicago.
• You must arrive in Chicago no later than December 9, 2026, as we will depart on an early morning flight on December 10, 2026.

📝 Traveler Information
• You must provide your full legal name and date of birth exactly as they appear on your passport.

📆 Monthly Payments
• Monthly payments are required to keep your booking active.
• You may pay the suggested monthly amount, more, or less—but a payment must be made every month.

• While monthly payments are required, guests may not go more than 60 days without making a payment.

• If no payment is received within any 60-day period during the payment schedule, your reservation is subject to cancellation without refund or transfer.

Booking & Pricing Notes

• All prices are subject to change until deposits are received and applied.
• To secure a room, all deposits for that room must be paid in full.
• If one roommate has paid and the other has not, the room cannot be secured until all required deposits are received.
