Spend the morning at your leisure. There will be an optional yoga and meditation in the morning, followed by massages and an authentic Balinese cooking class.

Today we will enjoy a private guided tour of Ubud to view the following:

We will end the day with a purification ritual at the Tirta Empul Holy Spring. Please bring your swim suit and flip flops.

Uluwatu Temple and Fire Dance
Enjoy an included optional yoga class at the resort from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. After breakfast, enjoy free time as you please.

Today is a Wellness Day. Sleep in, do yoga, enjoy the pool, or write in your journal. The choice is yours. There are optional activities for those who are up for it, but give yourself time to rest, relax, and recharge.

Tukad Cepung waterfall. For this activity, it requires hiking up and down steep stairs and walking in a little water. Please wear good shoes that you don't mind getting a little wet. Tevas or similar would be great.

Breakfast at your leisure. Today is departure day. Please make sure your flight departs out of DPS. We will arrange transportation for you to the airport based on your departure details. Your retreat officially ends after breakfast this day.
